Wow. I never realized CS was this in depth.

In the BF community it is looked down on, unless swapping a few keys around.

That, and setting keys that wouldn't be used by average players.

Didn't stop me from setting keys on my G7 though.

To me its all a matter of what your setting. The only scripts I use in cs are for toggling sensitivity, changing gun hand, and changing crosshair size.
In TF2 the only scripts I use are for holding right click for scoping with the sniper (letting go fires), crosshair scripts, and I'll prolly set up a script to toggle between different crosshair scripts.
I also tend to bind my thumb buttons to something else and rebinding side scrolls to mappable keys. Sucks that in most games I can't find a good use for em though :/

Why are you using fps_max 101?
Why are you using cl_cmdrate 101?
Why are you using cl_updaterate 101?


Your fps is capped at 100 except with developer on. Using fps_max 101 is pointless.
cmdrate is capped by your fps, which is 100. Therefore setting cmdrate to 101 is also pointless.
One more update a second for your updaterate is going to do absolutely nothing useful. It is fucking up your interp value. you should instead use cl_updaterate 100 because a) ex_interp 0 will automatically set correctly and b) it is the correct updaterate for ex_interp 0.01.

I'm pretty sure I've already told you that, I am really dissapointed mokotsu.
