its entmod it allows you to move and duplicate entities in hl games. So with it you could make a second floor of glass on futurefight or give the cts jetskis in crazytank3. I doesnt let you copy entities from one map into another from what I understand but I do think it lets you make your own to place in maps?

Yes it sure does, however if you copy the entity from one map you must save it than you can actually place it in the other map.
