At the time it was changed by an admin, who I am going to assume was plutonium, to "[CKW]i suck cocks on wednesdays"

Why I was banned:
Well, a player comes in with the [CKW] tag. Pluto flips out about it and tells him to change it. And at some point I do recall reading on the forums about how CKW is not so much a clan as it is a community. and that anyone who wanted to wear the tag could do so if they where to choose. (I think that was back in....April maybe?) Anyways, I tell pluto about all of that. And to be rebellious I decide to add the CKW tag to my name, pluto tells me to change it, and I keep telling him about everything. So it was constant bickering for about 15 minutes then he decides to change my name to "fag." Which in itself, not only, is it the absolutely wrong way to handle any situation, but it breaks the rule in which we are to respect every player and not discriminate. I tell him that, and at this point I see it as why should I have to follow the rules if he doesn't? And so, that went on for a few more maps, more name changing. (mostly things to discriminate homosexuals and disrespectful things towards me.) Then, finally, he gets pogo to ban me permanently for "laming"

Reason to be unbanned:
I understand what I did was wrong, to not follow an admin. And clearly, what Pluto did was wrong, as he should get punished as well.
I think the length of my ban is totally unreasonable.
I know that I shouldn't of done what I did, and if I got banned for a few days I would understand. But the fact that nothing has happened to Pluto after constant rule breaking on his part is what irks me the most.
I think I should be unbanned permanently, but a smaller punishment is defiantly in order for both me and Pluto.

I understand the confusion, I guess I need to re evaluate the decisions we've made, as obviously the player base is totally different Battlefield -> Counterstrike.

The community decision was made while we were starting up, I should clear it up here -> only clan members can wear tags.

Now, regarding your ban. You should know not to piss off an admin. Regardless of the maturity level of that admin, it will end up with you getting banned.

I'm going to shorten your ban to 3 days, you still deserve a slight punishment, a permanent ban is overkill.

Please remember to follow admin wishes, in this situation you should removed your tags and gone above the admins level and asked one of us. I'm always on xfire/steam.

But like, could you at least talk to pluto and tell him you know...whatever you'd tell an immature admin? lolol.

And since the ban was on the 18th doesn't that mean its over?

First he didn't get me to ban you I came in and saw that you kept putting the tag so I banned. The perm ban was prolly a little overkill.

I usually perm ban people to see if they really care that they got banned. If they really care then they will come in apologize, and get unbanned.
I'm sorry if this seems a bit extreme and if so I will stop and just temp ban from now on.
I also tend to be strict with people who wear the clan tag when told not to.
Lastly I must have come in after the initial incident so I didn't really have the full picture.
