Ban Appeal Guidelines

Follow these simple steps to appeal.

1. Your in-game name and the server you were banned on

2. Admin who banned you and a link to it.(AmxBans Link)

3. Why were you banned (Do not leave anything out)

4. Why should you be unbanned
Please contact me if you have any issues regarding the clan.

Addition to the Ban Appeal Guidelines.

Please add the Date and Time you were banned. Be specific.
