Was unjustly PERM banned[SOLVED]

was perm banned without warning for asking an admin (with no tag) if he was good at another gun (other than awp in iceworld). im not sure the admins name but i can point it out if i saw it. i can see a day ban but a perm ban is a little harsh. i believe the admins name started with ny
