Lost my backpack on Epoch server again =(

Hi guys,
It is like the 3rd or 4th time I lose my backpacks items (once I lost all my toolbelt and global inventary).
The problem is that this time, I lost my only gems (one sapphire, one ruby and one emerald) and 2 or 3 full gold briefcase.
I was online with CAB Driver, we wanted to have fun and spend money to build my base and see what I could buy with those gems, but I crashed and when i log back i lost all my back pack items.
This was around noon (Estern time US).
