[CKW] Gaming

Is the fun maps server doomed? Ever since this server has gone down for a few months, I've been checking the servers on this website, hoping that one day, it will come back on. And it did. I was so happy. The server was still kind of populated when it reopened. But now everytime i check, its empty. It's just sad.

Ever since the release of CS:GO & the increased amount of fake servers, 1.6 has declined quite rapidly. Although valve has taken steps to remove lots of fake redirect servers. Which is good because at least the server browser works again. The thing we could do now is to maybe organize a weekend for us to play in the server .

we really should do that :O

i wish funmaps was still populated as well. go is poop

i know man. the old times were the best. classic cs 1.6 maps man.

why are you posting a screen from c4a? i obviously like that server too, but what does it have to do with ckw? lol

nono, it's from ckw. most of them spoke spanish tho :/

I try frequently to invite about 30 people on my friends list to join fun maps... usually about 6 people will join which then brings in a handful of people from the public (since they see 6 people in the server)... Every single one of us should do this often.. be patient and have fun and it will populate. We can't all be online all the time so when you are, try this.

Also, David, I've been meaning to ask you about some things, haven't seen you on steam though.
