Ban Appeal: Raziel

Hello,
On October 23, 2012 at around 1:30am EST I was banned from your server apparently cheating/hacking. I'm here to appeal because I was not cheating at any point on your server.
Here's what I was doing before I was banned:
After going back to my truck I saw someone get in and drive off. On side chat I said get out and started shooting. After some side chat chatter, found out it was [CKW] Tour Guide Barbie and after a truce we started heading out in the truck but someone started shooting. I get killed which was inevitable considering we were on the side of a mountain. Well, dying happens, so trying to re spawn, then I get this exact message "Battleye: Admin ban(Cheating/Hacking)".
Tell me, why was I banned for hacking when I wasn't at all? You can check your logs, that's why I gave you the date and time.
If it was b/c of the gear which was an mk 48 mod 0 and my as50, that would not make any sense considering I killed a guy not long after the server restart.
And if you say, "well Battleye did it", that is untrue b/c if it was Battleye, it would be something on the lines of "Battleye: Global Ban #<some number>", which anyone could find out by a little research or if you've been playing long enough, you would of seen it from time to time.

Why should I be unbanned? B/c I was wrongfully banned for Cheating/Hacking yet I was doing neither. Check your logs, that's the only proof I can give.
