Hey Guys,
I wanted to see what you guys think about changing the starting load out for characters. Here's a example to get everyone started. Please post
"realistic" loadouts that wouldn't change gameplay.
*UPDATE: Updated Barbie's Choice to include Maze Idea. (thx Barbie for letting me now 
)

Example Load out:
2 x Bandages
1 x Set of Roadflare
1 x Compass
1 x Bloodbag
1 x Morphine
1 x Makarov

Bloodbag is a bit of overkill, but I like bringing the Makarov back, I think it should be limited to 2 clips on ammo though.

1 X painkiller
I don't think you should start with a gun. However I personally enjoy the intensity of a fresh start not being able to defend yourself well.
