BF 3 questions

I have some questions about our BF 3 platoon:
1. We have server? I was trying to find it in search but no results.
2. Can someone add me to CKW Platoon, my name boDya_ST, it's not my acc but I'm playing for this guy
3. I have video problem with grass texture, it's like black grass with white quadrate (as a a chess board) I was trying to find some help in technical support but nobody can say what I must to do
Maybe you guys will help me...
