I'm not even sure how many lvl 1's are left. I doubt that anyone that had bee caught botting back when they reset stats would still even be interested in playing.
Back when I was involved with the player mod scene (Never selected
) I witnessed a J Mod load him self as a lvl 1 (1hp) an then proceed to get owned by a barbarian. Twas hilarious.
It was a bot hunt so all of the noobs around thought his white partyhat would drop. lmao.

Lol what you talking about? they still reset stats. Actually someone i know got caught recently botting. He said not only did they take the money he earned from botting, They took OTHER things and they lowered all of his skills by 8 levels. lol no wonder why he quit soon after

Meant to say reset all stats below what you start with, like for hp.
I gave up on pursuing player mod actively because I got fed up with the lack of anti botting measures. I got sick of weekly bot hunts and never making a dent in the bot population in that world.

Thats because There doing it the wrong way, instead of witch hunting the thousands Of bot users out of the millions of players They should spend more time tracking the source of the bots themselves.
They have 2 effective options.
1. Be like VAC and make sure EVERYONE is informed that there is a 0 tolerance policy, bot and you will be permanently banned .
2. Enforce a permanent ban untill The user Accepts to uploading The software they used to bot and its source.
I know that jajex has seized serval domain names (rs2bot.org, etc) under the violation of their intellectual property in the past.
