Banned on TS

i was banned on Teamspeak for "trolling" but i was wondering if i can be unbanned only to talk to the admins or for help becuase right now on the lingor server no loot is responding and my character "david" is unable to play. i died and when i rejoin all it says is "Loading" and there are no dots can i have some help.
