I purposely took all the fy/aim maps off to get people to play more funmaps. But hey you can just keep on making single map votes for team74 and other aimmaps like you have been doing.

Just fy_team74, actually. I haven't voted for an aim map in a really long time. Funmaps are just custom maps - if everybody wants to play team74 or an aimmap, why do you have a problem with it? There are tons of other non fy or aim maps that you removed from the maplist anyway, and what was left is a bunch of boring crap.

its the fact you only put 1 or 2 maps in the vote. You could put more then 1.

When people in the server are asking for team74, and there aren't any objections, what's the harm? Sometimes I also just start the vote with whatever has been nominated (or whenever nothing has been nominated) to see what comes up.

I'm actually all for trying new maps and would be willing to keep changing maps to find neat ones, but I don't remember what maps are on the server anymore and the maplist is so small...and it also requires a group of people in the server who are actually interested in playing new maps.

gorb does ask people for suggestions and he will put them in the vote; sometimes people just don't suggest any map or the map does change to something that everyone hates and then we vote to change it again after a round or two.

The map list is almost 150 maps last time I checked. And I was gonna add about an extra 30 or so with zombie mod and paintball but I dont see the point anymore. Im all for just taking 1.6 down and forgetting about it, the good old days of funmaps servers is gone.
