Its a community map. Its actually pretty good for a custom made map, just some lighting issues and it'll be just as good as the original.

you can connect to a server thats running it to dl it.

Very simple, actually. You obtain the map when you dl it from a server.

You can type cs_assault into the map filter. As for the server question I don't know only our El Serverdorian can answer that question.
