Apparently, the server was not compatible with the users client. This is concerning. I would like a revision of server methods and etiquette. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for contacting us with this issue. At the moment we are experiences difficulties with the new patch. IF you haven't already downgraded back to v32 you should do so. Also rest your modem and turn it back on that is all.
