Kunta Kinte - Ban appeal.

1. Kunta Kinte - Banned on US 245.2 Lingor Island LING LONG DING DONG
2. I'm not entirely certain. I was banned at approximately 3:00 am central US time on August 15th, so whatever was on at that time. I'm also not sure what AMX bans is, and when I go to amxbans.net, there isn't really anything there.
3. I logged out of the server earlier that day in a spot east of Calamar Airfield with my DMR. When I logged back in I was looking through my scope at the ATC tower in the airfield when i heard very close AS50/M107 shots. I turned around and noticed a bandit behind me shooting at me. I frantically began to return noscope fire and managed to hit the player a few times. He may have also hit me during this time. We continued a shootout for approx 20 seconds in which i was rapid firing noscope DMR shots in his direction at very close range. He eventually went down and I fired 1 shot to his head to finish him off. Another person arrived on the scene at that time, a player with what I believe was some form of M4. We exchanged gunfire and I ended up killing him as well, leaving myself with roughly 700 blood. I quickly ate a cooked meat from my inventory and began to bandage myself, and during the bandage I was kicked of the server and banned for a "GameHack". I did not use any hacks whatsoever. I have played on this server several times in the past week and have had many legitimate kills and deaths. I did not have time to see if any of the players I killed said anything in chat to me, I was too frantic trying to bandage myself so I didnt notice if anyone asked me anything. I don't know if there is anyone to vouch for me or anything, but I'm sure my name would be recognized on the server. I am a bit upset about this because I would've received a fair amount of loot from the two players I killed if I wouldn't have been banned, and I think there may be a chance that one of the people I killed was the admin who banned me. I lived by what I would guess was luck, because at the end of the firefight I only had about 700 blood as I said before.
4.I should be unbanned because I was banned for "GameHack" and I did not hack. Plain and simple. I play on this server because it has friendly players and admins, is very low ping for me and is almost always full when I am on to play so I would be a bit upset if this nonsense ban was upheld, but I realize I don't have any kind of leverage here, especially if I was really only banned because I killed an admin before he could kill me.

I banned you as we had 4-5 reports from people who are regulars on the server that you were un-killable using godmode. I will leave the option of a ban lift up to Massios as I was going off everyone in the server reporting you for hacking. 99% of the time when 6+ people are yelling about a hacker, there is a hacker.

I am not sure how 4-5 people (or was it 6+?) would've reported me for hacking considering I was only on for roughly 2 minutes during the instance I described above and during that time there were only two people who encountered me. And in the multiple sessions that I played on that server before that event I had NEVER been accused of using any sort of hacks. If there is any sort of logged, concrete (not "4-5 reports from regulars")evidence anywhere that even SUGGESTS that I was using any kind of script I would really love to see that, but I know for a fact that there is none. So really I feel judgement has already been passed, which is unfortunate especially because I suspect I was really only banned because someone was angry that I was able to kill them before they could kill me. I've said all I can at this point so if my ban is upheld I will just have to take it as a compliment, I killed two players before they could kill me and they thought I was hacking. Hooray for me I suppose.

I have lifted your ban KuntaKinte, the ban was based solely on reports form regulars in the server. Me and LT sifted through the logs and couldn't find any foul play.

I won't say this is a ban in error as I was going based on multiple people telling me in teamspeak, but it is lifted now.
