Still haven't gotten around to buying my first pistol. Undecided. Walther PPQ, FN FNS, Springfield XD or XDM, Glock 19, or S&W M&P. Lots of good pistols in that price range

From what I've heard from people the PPQ has an amazing trigger. Apparently blows the M&Ps out of the water.

Yeah, I've heard tons of good things about it I haven't even fired or held a PPQ yet but I'm sure it'll be great.

The M&P Shield is said to have a much improved trigger over the normal M&P or M&P compact, so hopefully S&W adds that improvement to future M&P models.

Supposedly that's the plan. I have a coworker that has an M&P with the Apex Tactical trigger upgrade and it feels pretty nice (even side by side with his Springfield 1911) but it cost him an extra $200 after the price of the gun. I've been trying to find a place with the PPQ in stock so I can check it out. Definitely interested after all the praise it's received.

i rember i use to walk around packing... some of the darkest days in my life(funnest part of it to)
only one i had out of the ones u name was a glock its alrite i guess its light, i threw it in the dirt and dropped it so many times and neever had a problem.... but no saftey is what i hate accidently pulled the trigger and luckily there wasnt one in the chamber
