He has a mic, and he speaks spanish on the mic A LOT with his friend "GtP | valero". Sometimes they ghost out people in spanish, and it gets pretty annoying.

His activity is fine, i guess. He has a good rank in the server.

Personally, in my opinion, if he wants to become an admin, he should become a member first.
But that's just my personal opinion, don't take my word for it if you don't want to.

He's probably the most active player in the server. He's a nice guy too. His English is a little broken but it's descent. I would normally say no to his admin request but he's willing to pay for it. If I remember correctly we use to sell admin to help pay for the box/servers. I'm not against that.

Photoshoop, before you can even offer to buy admin, you need STEAM! CounterStrike is only $10 nowadays.
