Windows 7, BF2, ATI "glitchy"

Im having problems with bf2 ever since I installed windows 7. The game runs fine besides that anything that moves glitches like I am lagging or something. I know for a fact Im not lagging because 1: my ping is like 50 on most servers, and 2: I can run this game almost at 60fps. Its pretty bad to a point where its pretty annoying to play. Im kind of convinced that my ATI graphics card is part of it, due to when I am flying there are black spots all over the ground persay. All my drivers are up to date, running bf2 in windows xp compatability mode. I dont really know what to do besides go back to vista

Go to your steam Games right click BF2>Properties>Set Launch Options>Copy&Paste this in -dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0
