Can a base be deleted?

I was just wondering if a base could be deleted with some kind of admin tool or not?
If not, can you destroy it by using satchel charges?

I dislike the way it looks/feels so i just wanted to "redo" it.
I like the spot and I don't think any other spot could do it for me.

If it can be done, is it possible to get some materials back? Like a couple of walls worth of cinder blocks?

Yes, Yes and in terms of getting materials back this is going to be a case by case basis? We don't currently just delete bases just because you don't "like" it anymore..

Ok,
so can you just delete/destroy it so I can rebuild?

I mean considering the lack of players on the server it wouldn't affect anyone.
I just want to rebuild.

Just contact me on TS when it can be done so I can remove my vehicles and safes.
